As the Executive Chef for SPS, Chef Emme oversees the central kitchen production, which prepares around 15,000 meals a day for students, as well as oversees the food production for the catering and deli department. She is married and is the mother of three amazing children.
Emme received her AAS in Culinary Arts from Seattle Culinary Academy and was honored as the Outstanding Culinarian of her graduating class. She launched her private chef and catering business shortly after graduating from culinary school.
Emme’s an active member of Les Dames D’Escoffier and Women Chefs & Restaurateurs. She has appeared on Food Network, New Day Northwest , Q13 Fox News, Globo International Television and more. Her work has been featured on The Seattle Times, Eater, The Kitchn, The New York Times and more.
