3 oz diced chicken
2 tbsp teriyaki glaze
¼ cup pickled veggies
2 sprigs cilantro
1 tbsp mayonnaise
step 1 In an appropriately sized bowl, mix chicken with teriyaki glaze. Set aside.
step 2 Split bread in half lengthwise.
step 3 Fill the bread with the chicken mixture and place the pickled veggies on top of the chicken.
step 4 Place sandwich in the to-go container/clamshell and serve with a packet of mayo.
